Sentinels are useful to guard armies for many different roles. This time I am using it to support my Plague Marines when they assault out of the rhinos I plan for the army. Armed with a heavy flamer the sentinel will escort along the rhinos and light up any enemy it runs into. I going to use the 2nd gen sentinel aka “Jeep Sentinels” for this army. Here is the basic model built and ready to be armed, I gave it a bit of a grime look with the dirty washed camo green, and a few rust spots. Now to figure out how to best mount the heavy flamer…..

I never see that Mrk of sentinel. Love the colour (protect those awesome Plague Marines!)
This version of the sentinel was out in the mid to late 90's. It was replaced by the current sentinel. The main problem with this one is that it was armed with an assault cannon only. So new weapon mods are a bit of a pain to work into this model, and it's all metal too. Not a popular sentinel anymore. ;)
